Jenny Benfell Osteopath

Jenny grew up in Tauranga and had a keen interest in dance from a young age. She achieved top marks in ballet examinations which lead her overseas to represent New Zealand in the International Genee awards. She furthered her dancing in Australia, Switzerland and New York. Unfortunately, injury brought Jenny’s dance career to a halt and she returned to New Zealand to study to become an Osteopath.

Osteopathy has sparked Jenny’s interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation and enjoys the challenges in assisting people to improve their well-being and optimize health.
