Neil has spent much of his life as a sports and outdoors coach. Specialising in sports physiotherapy and orthopaedic rehabilitation, he has worked with professional and amateur teams in the UK and managed a rehabilitation centre. Neil enjoys integrating all his previous experience into his treatment and training approach.

Jenny performed as a ballet dancer before her career came to a halt due to injury. This led to her keen interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Jenny likes the challenges of assisting people to improve their wellbeing and optimise their health.
Karla Hale - Acupuncturist

Karla Hale - Acupuncturist

Karla graduated from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in NYC, earning a Masters in Oriental Medicine and Science. A licensed acupuncturist and board certified diplomat in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, she is also a member of the NZASA and ACC. Back in NZ after running a busy practice in NY, Karla is proud to help patients be an active participant in the healing process.
